Onteora is the premier Scouts BSA Summer Camp program with a wide variety of merit badge options, activities for younger and older Scouts, training opportunities for adult leaders, and some of the best camping facilities in the country. Each summer, thousands of Scouts from across the nation (and the world!) make Onteora their summer camp home for a fun week of learning, achievement, leadership, and Scouting at its best.
Scouts BSA Summer Camp - Baiting Hollow
There are a lot of good reasons for going to summer camp at Baiting Hollow Scout Camp. It’s always fun doing things at the waterfront, rifle range, archery range, and craft center. It’s fun sitting around the campfire with a circle of friends. It’s fun to learn something new in a merit badge class, and it is really fun to watch the sun set at the beach on Long Island Sound. We take fun very seriously at Baiting Hollow!
Scouts BSA Specialty Camps - Baiting Hollow
Many Scouts first experience summer camp with their Troop. Joining your Troop for summer camp is a great time and every Scout should try to camp with their Troop. There are, however, additional camping opportunities offered at Baiting Hollow to help a Scout round out their camping experience or help advance in rank.
Webelos Resident Camp - Onteora
Calling all Webelos! Get ready for the ultimate camping experience designed just for you. This half-week program bridges the gap between Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA — and it’s anything but ordinary.
From climbing and biking to water adventures and hands-on Scout skills, you’ll get a real taste of what’s ahead in your Scouting journey. Whether you’re tackling the bike track, paddling across the lake, or discovering new talents at camp, every day brings a new adventure.
Cub Scout Summer Camp - Baiting Hollow
Cub Scout Day Camp offers fun and exciting programs. It is the perfect place to experience outdoor adventures of the Cub Scout program. Explore nature, play games, make crafts and learn new skills and overcome challenges! These 5-day camps include activities such as archery, BB guns, hiking, STEM, and more, and are scheduled so all attendees have the opportunity to participate in each activity.
