Michael B. Malloy
Council Chair
Malloy has served as Council President of Theodore Roosevelt Council since 2025, and for more than 20 years, held several leadership roles on its Executive Board including Executive Vice President, Vice President of Investments, and Assistant Treasurer. He is a member of the Order of the Arrow Buckskin Lodge and a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award. Malloy first joined Scouting as a Cub Scout in Pack 482 in King of Prussia, PA. He has fond childhood memories of Scouting and outdoor trips with his father, a committed Scouting volunteer. As an adult, he got back involved in the program in 1993 when he was asked to lead Deloitte’s Explorer Post at his New York-based accounting firm. When his sons joined Scouting in Garden City, he became a Treasurer for Cub Pack 134 and later as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 134.

Matthew Bollerman
Council Commissioner
Bollerman has served as Council Commissioner of Suffolk County Council since 2022, and has held several leadership roles in Scouting including Scoutmaster of Troop 130, Bayport, Trailblazer District Activities Chair and a member of the Training Team. He is a member of the Order of the Arrow Shinnecock Lodge and a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award. He was course director of the National Youth Leadership Training and Wood Badge. Bollerman first joined Scouting as a Cub Scout in Pack 49 in Blue Point, NY. He, along with his brothers, all achieved Eagle Scout in Troop 49, Blue Point. His father was a longtime Troop Committee Member and both parents were volunteers. His commitment to Scouting was recommitted when his son joined Troop 130, Bayport and he became Scoutmaster.

Christopher M. Coscia
Scout Executive / CEO
Over the past eight years, Chris has served in the same role for Theodore Roosevelt Council. During his 30-year career, Chris has proven to be a visionary and innovative leader capable of making sound business decisions with the ability to provide strong staff leadership, financial development, balance large multi-million dollar budgets, build diverse boards and committees, grow sustainable youth membership, expand outreach to emerging markets, develop a clear corporate strategy and raise the visibility of Scouting. As Deputy Scout Executive at Greater New York Councils in NYC, Chris was instrumental in leading strong and creative membership campaigns and launching their popular World Championship Pinewood Derby in Times Square.
